IHS: Zero Suicide Initiative (ZSI) Coordinating Center
The purpose of this cooperative agreement is to build capacity of ZSI projects to improve the system of care for those at risk for suicide by implementing a comprehensive, culturally informed, multi-setting approach to suicide prevention in Indian health systems. The ZSICC will provide technical assistance in the areas of data collection, reporting, training, resources, and implementation of the Zero Suicide approach in Indian Country. The ZSICC technical assistance will be framed to promote the core Seven Elements of the Zero Suicide model that was developed by the Suicide Prevention Resource Center (SPRC) at https://zerosuicide.edc.org/toolkit/zero-suicide-toolkit.

Eligible Entities:
- A federally recognized Indian Tribe as defined by 25 U.S.C. 1603(14).
- An Urban Indian organization, as defined by 25 U.S.C. 1603(29), that is currently administering a contract or receiving a grant pursuant to 25 U.S.C. 1653.
- Domestic public and private non-profit entities.
Eligible entities should take the following steps to access funding:

The Workspace consists of several online forms and three forms in which to upload documents—Project Narrative, Budget Narrative, and Other Documents. Give your files brief descriptive names. The file names are key to finding specific documents during the objective review and in processing awards.
