Ms. Hunter Snowball\u2019s practice is focused on assisting tribes, tribal entities, and tribal members in a wide range of transactional, governmental, regulatory, and administrative law matters, with an emphasis on supporting tribal sovereignty, self-governance, and economic development initiatives. Her experience includes commercial transactions and contract negotiation; tribal policy and code revision; intellectual property; employment and workplace issues; entity formation and governance; federal and state regulatory compliance; estate planning; and general counsel support for tribal governmental and business operations. She also has experience representing clients in administrative proceedings and litigation involving governmental, commercial, and civil issues.<\/p>

Ms. Hunter Snowball also serves as a Judge Advocate in the Nebraska Army National Guard. In her current role, she provides legal assistance and administrative guidance on a broad range of civil legal and administrative matters affecting servicemembers and military families.
