South Dakota Department of Health: Tobacco Prevention and Control Program
The Disparities Grant is used to promote health equity by incorporating a long-term change aimed at reducing disparate tobacco use among the following SD TPCP priority populations: youth and young adults, American Indians, pregnant women, people of low socioeconomic status (SES), and people with behavioral health conditions.
Deadline for funding: March 10, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. (CST).
Eligible entities should take the following steps to access funding:
The Tobacco Disparities Grant application is done through a Catalyst Online Application Form. For those interested in applying who do not already have a Catalyst username and password, email DOH.firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line “Tobacco Grant Log-In” and include the following information:
