Ms. Snowball’s practice is focused on assisting tribes, tribal entities, and tribal members in various transactional matters, including areas of economic development, intellectual property, tribal policy and code revision, and federal and state compliance.  Additionally, Ms. Snowball provides estate planning services, and representation in administrative and court proceedings.
